Wireless access will be available for all participants in the whole building. Login and password will be provided in the delegates’ bags.
Notice board
During the conference, delegates should check the registration desk notice board for any changes in the program or personal messages.
Passport, visas
Those from countries within the European Union are recommended to travel with a valid ID. In addition, depending on individuals’ citizenship, a visa may be required.
Working language
The working language of the conference will be English. No interpretation will be pro- vided.
Currency and banking
The official currency is the Euro. The coins in use are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 pence and 1 and 2 Euros. Banknotes are 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 Euro. Money can be exchange in banks (which you can find in abundance in the city center).
Shopping
Stores are generally open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Stores in shopping malls are open until 8:00 pm.

Telephone
The international code for France is 33. To make an international call from France, first dial 00, then the country international code and the subscriber’s telephone number. Pub- lic telephones accept either telephone cards (available from tobacconist, newsagents, post office) or credit cards.

The local time in Lyon is central European time (GMT + 1)
Electricity
Electricity in France is 220V, 50Hz. Plugs are European 2-pin
