Paper Submission

Submission of accepted papers (20 pages maximum)

Authors will be informed if the submitted abstract is accepted for oral presentation or for posters. Selected authors (oral presentation or poster) are requested to submit a paper.

Invited speakers, enjoying a free registration, have to provide an abstract and a full paper. Their research results will be shared and acknowledged by scientific community.

Please prepare your paper for the conference according to the authors' guidelines and use the appropriate template

If problems, please send your paper, including figures and tables, in pdf and in Word formats (size A4) to tap2016@ifsttar.fr

Deadlines

Please submit your paper before April 29^th, 2016

Any paper received after that date will be rejected.

Oral presentations

Your presentation should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format or Open Office, strictly complying with the mandatory template in PPTX (ppt and pdf version), and bring your file with you on a USB-stick or send it by email prior to the conference opening (one week before) to tap2016@ifsttar.fr. Personal computers will not be used for presentations due to security reasons. Assistance will be given to you to upload your file for your presentation before each considered session. Please contact the organizers before your session starts.

Oral presentation should not exceed 15 minutes.

Poster presentations

The requested size of the posters is A0 i.e. 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height). Please note that you should print and bring the posters with you.

Journal publication

All papers will be published in electronic version on the TAP homepage after the conference.

After TAP 2016, the best papers will be submitted to high-rated journals (authors will be informed as soon as possible).
